Sis Advice: Walk.
Sis walked all the time. When her husband lived for 6 years in the hospital she walked two times a day to make sure he ate his meals. In her later years when she was living in a retirement community she walked the halls every day and even took one flight of stairs to add to her work out. She loved to stop and talk to people while walking.
When she was in her 90's, I got her walking with Nordic walking poles. She said they made her stand so much straighter and she felt her body lift up. I've continued to walk with my Urban Poles and filmed this little video on the shores of Lake Superior. Pick up a set of poles and try it!
