1. Use a writing prompt
Here's a couple of writing prompts to get you thinking AND writing! We like to write in 10 or 15 minute blocks. Your life is worth writing and talking about. Set your timer and get started. Use one of these prompts to start:

A memory from school that I’ve never forgotten is …
2. Use ONE book to track your stories.
I like an unlined sketchbook I get at the dollar store for about $3. Others liked lined books. Just find one that you'll keep in a place where you can find it and use it! I like
3. Make time.
Schedule 15 minutes a couple of times a week. What you write will be a lovely keepsake of short memories of your life.
4. Share a story.
Write out or print one of your favourite memory stories and give it as a present to friends or family. Make sure you sign the copy!
5. Celebrate your story-filled life!
Take a few minutes every so often to read your book. The stories will make you laugh, cry, remember and connect. These are your stories for a life being well-lived!
