Age BIG focuses on grassroots initiatives, often surrounding recreation, connection or aging in place. These social prescriptions engage older adults in forming new friendships and connections and build capacity and community. In a time when many are isolated, we believe in small projects that have BIG impacts.

Age BIG @ Home combines structured programming and chat sessions to connect individuals aged 60+, all while helping them to cultivate new friendships via Zoom. Each week on Zoom features either a guest presenter or an activity. Learn more about Age BIG @ Home here.
Little BIG Home Hacks

Time: 10 am - 11 am
Prepare your home to best support you while you age in place. 3 sessions to look at your home from top to bottom to ensure you keep your house happy, healthy and homey! Course is 3 sessions long and includes Age BIG's Little BIG Hacks book.
Zoom Coaching for Newbies
Time: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Sessions also available upon request. One session long and designed for beginners using Zoom, a cloud-based video conferencing application.

Designed for people planning to retire as well as those looking for inspiration and new opportunities in retirement. Join Nancy, a Certified Retirement Coach, for 3 sessions designed to explore the non-financial side of retirement. Build a healthy, meaningful retirement plan with a little help.
