Breakfast like a champion
Sis Advice: "Eat breakfast. Try porridge or a mix of cereals, orange or orange juice, and coffee."
Sis never skipped breakfast. She liked to have a variety of cereals that she would mix together in her bowl - usually something with bran - and another couple of dry cereals without bran. This was topped with a sliced banana. Only half a banana a day so she could get her daily fix of potassium.
She liked to combine this with a couple of slices of orange or an orange juice (never grapefruit!) and her cup of coffee.
She wasn't a coffee snob. Instant coffee was easy to make and she just needed one cup so why waste a whole pot?! Simplicity at it's finest. A lovely start to the day. Try it.
